Our Mission
FH Coaching & Counseling began as a passionate deliverance ministry, rooted in our desire to help those seeking spiritual freedom. As we journeyed deeper into this work, the Lord revealed to us that my wife, Jenna Cook, had a unique gift for healing. This calling inspired us to expand our mission, transforming our ministry into a comprehensive coaching and counseling service. Now, Jenna and I work together to provide deliverance and inner healing, while Jenna offers counseling and coaching tailored to the needs of those we serve. Our aim is to create a safe space for individuals to find restoration, empowerment, and guidance on their healing journeys.
Jennifer (Jenna) Cook is a certified Marriage and Relationship Coach with a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Biblical Studies from Colorado Christian University. Currently pursuing her Master's in Mental Health Counseling, she combines her extensive knowledge with practical experience to support individuals and couples in their relational journeys. As an ordained minister, Jenna integrates spiritual insights with psychological principles, fostering holistic growth and healing in her clients' lives.
